7 Best Tips to Fix Freeform Not Working on iPhone and iPad

First off, let’s find out some of the possible reasons why the Freeform app is misbehaving.

Possible Reasons Why Freeform App is Not Working

There could be multiple reasons why Freeform is ill-functioning. For instance, the issue could be due to an occasional glitch or a hidden software bug. Besides, you can also put some blame on the wrong configuration.

While some users have reported that Freeform is crashing, others have stated that the app is freezing randomly. And for a handful of users, the app doesn’t allow sharing any project with others. Bother not, I have looked into each problem and offered up solutions accordingly. So, there is a good chance that you can resolve the issue.

1. Is Freeform Crashing or Freezing? Force Quit the App

To begin with, force quit the Freeform app. If the app is freezing or crashing randomly, force killing may resolve the issue.

  • On iPhone and iPad without the home button: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and hold along the middle of the screen. After that, swipe up on the Freeform app card to force quit the app.
