Using the Live Text feature, you can pause a video and copy the text like you would in a photo. So, where can you use “Live Text in Video” on Mac? Well, you can use it in:

Step 1. First off, play the video from which text you want to copy.

Step 2. After that, you need to pause the video at the frame showing.
