The Health app allows you to archive a specific item if you no longer need it. Keep in mind that when you archive an item, the medication will be removed from both your schedule and Health Sharing. Besides, it will also not show up on your medication list and can’t be added to favorites either.

Step 1. On your iPhone running iOS 16 or later, open the Health app.

Step 2. Tap on the Browse tab that appears at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 3. Tap on Medications or type “Medications” in the search bar and select it from the result.

Step 4. Next, swipe towards the left from right on the medication and hit the Archive button.

Step 1. Open the Health app on your iPhone -> Browse -> Medications.

Step 2. Tap on Edit at the top-right corner of the medication.

Step 3. Tap on the tiny archive icon to the left of the medication.

Step 4. Now, a popup will appear on the screen saying, “This medication will be removed from your schedule and Health Sharing.” Make sure to tap on Archive in the popup to confirm the action. In the end, make sure to hit Done at the top-right to finish.

  1. The time log has changed automatically and now it’s reporting wrong shedule. I wish there was a way to edit the time log itself and fix the time where medication was taken!

    1. Hi! You can easily change the time log. Simply, tap on your logged medication (Health app -> Browse tab -> Medications) and then make the desired changes under the Schedule section.
