Corrupted Excalibur is an elite fighting style that’s wanted by many players playing the game. It is probably one of the strongest fighting styles a player can unlock. If we consider it by ranking, then this fighting style probably sits in the S tier. It unlocks attacks like AoE, F moves, and also high burst damage.
But getting that fighting style is no easy task. You need to prove yourself worthy on the Boss island, get the right title, and collect all the required items to be able to get Corrupted Excalibur (Saber Alter) in Sailor Piece. Seems a lot, doesn’t it, especially when you are just starting? Well, this guide covers it all for you, from required materials to how to get it; we have it all. So let’s get started.
Prerequisites for Corrupted Excalibur
You can’t go bare-handed to get the Corrupted Excalibur. There are some requirements that you must first fulfill to get the fighting style.
- Corrupted Tyrant Title – Has around 1% drop chance
- 25x Dark Grail – You can get them from any mini boss or even mobs.
- 15x Morgan Remnant – This has around 15% drop chance.
- 8x Alter Essence – Alter essence has around 5% drop chance.
- 3x Corruption Core– Corruption cores are rare, with around 1.3% drop chance.
- 1x Corrupt Crown– Corrupt crown is the rarest of them all, with 0.5% drop chance.
Apart from all the above items and titles, you will also need 35K Gems to buy the Corrupted Excalibur.
All the above items can be farmed in Boss Island, so you do not need to wander around the map.
Farming the Required Materials
Before you can get the Corrupted Excalibur in Sailor Piece, you need to get the items listed above. Some are pretty common to get, while items like Corrupt Crown are rare. You can get them by fighting the Corrupted Knight on Boss Island. Here’s how you can do that:
- Head over to the Teleporter and interact with it; teleport to Boss Island.
- Now, locate the Boss Summoner NPC. You will find him near the teleporter. Interact with him.
- You need to spawn a Corrupted Knight here. Spawning it at Normal difficulty level will cost:
- 1x Dark Grail
- 650,000 Money
- 650 Gems
- Click on Spawn to spawn him.
Note- Corrupted Knight has a health of 750M HP at the normal level. I suggest you not go for the hard or extreme level because they are difficult to kill (even though drop chances are better).
Keep fighting the Corrupted Knight again and again until you have all the required materials.
Get Corrupted Excalibur (Saber Alter)
After you have collected all the materials listed above, you need to take all the items to the Corrupted Excalibur NPC and buy the ability from him. You will find him on Boss Island.
- While on the Boss Island, look for the Corrupted Excalibur NPC. You will find him on the hand-like structure on top.
- Jump on the hand-down structure, and you will find the NPC on the second finger from the left.
- Interact with the Corrupted Excalibur NPC, and he will take all the materials and give Corrupted Excalibur in return for them.
Unlocking the Ultimate Move
Even though you get the Corrupted Excalibur from the NPC, the ultimate move bound to the F key will be locked. When I first tried it, I was even confused. Well, but I went through some guides and found out that you need to unlock it, which can be done on the Boss Island itself. So before you leave the Boss Island, do this:
- Look for the Corrupted Excalibur F Move Mastery NPC. You will find him just below the other hand structure.
- Interact with the NPC to craft the move. You will need these items to complete the process:
- Corrupted Excalibur
- 9x Corrupted Core- Get them by farming Corrupted Knight.
- Alter Clan- Can be obtained by re-rolling clans.
- Once you hand over the items to the NPC, he will unlock the F move.
Corrupted Excalibur Moveset
The Corrupted Excalibur fighting style unlocks various moves that can give you an upper edge in all the fights. Here are all the moves and abilities that you will be unlocking with this fighting style-
- Flash Beam- It is bound to the Z key, and your character will fire a purple laser towards the enemy, giving them 60 million damage.
- Double Slash- This attack gives two rapid slashes, dealing 90 million damage. This attack is bound to the X key.
- Blade Dance- Your character will start spinning rapidly, creating dark energy around him. This is an AoE attack that can give 250 million damage, plus also acts as a shield for your character. You can use this attack by pressing the V key.
- Massive Ray- Your character will charge a massive sphere of energy and throw it forward at the enemy, dealing 450 million damage. You can use this attack by pressing the C key.
- Ultimate Beam– This is the ultimate attack that you can use by pressing the F key. Your screen will be filled with a purple beam, causing 1 billion + damage to the enemies.
