With a QR code readily available, it becomes a bit more convenient to share things like your profile, link or passwords. So, it’s good to see that the newly-launched Passwords has added this functionality. As for generating a QR code for a Wi-Fi password in Apple’s password manager, the process feels pretty simple. Better still, you can get it done even when your iPhone is offline.

  • To get going, open the Passwords app on your iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
  • After that, you will need to authenticate using your Face ID or Touch ID.
  • Then, select the “Wi-Fi” tab.
  • Now, choose the Wi-Fi network for which you want to generate a QR code.
