Wondering why PDF is popular, well, there are multiple valid reasons. Whereas other text files tend to lose their formatting information, PDF files manage to retain all formatting and image information. Hence, they are able to show information with precision. That’s not all, you can also password-protect your PDF files to keep unauthorized access at bay.

Step 1. To begin with, launch the Apple Freeform app on your Mac running macOS 13 Ventura or later. If the app is not present in the dock, press the CMD+Space to bring up the Spotlight Search -> type in Freeform, and open it.

Step 2. Head over to the file that you would like to convert into a PDF.

Step 3. Click on the File menu located at the upper left corner of the screen.

Step 4. Choose Export as PDF.
