What is the Plesiosaur in Fisch?
The Plesiosaur in Fisch is a new exotic fish that was brought to the experience through the Tidefall update. Being exclusive to the Tidefall sublocation, the fish boasts large flippers, which play a pivotal role in helping it swim around the new sublocation in Tidefall.
Where can you find the Plesiosaur?
The fascinating fish can be found in the Tidefall Castle- one of the many sublocations of the Tidefall map. In order to get access to the Tidefall Castle, you’ll need to complete the Oblesik Puzzle. After you complete this quest, you can get access to the new castle.
How to get to the new Tidefall Map?
Keep in mind that you cannot jump in Fisch and reach Tidefall without completing a pacific quest. Here’s what you will need to do.
- Once you spawn into Moosewood Village, head to the Shipwright and spawn your boat. You can use anything that you have unlocked to reach The Underwater.
- While in the boat, grab your GPS and set the coordinates to 3223, 130, 850.
- On reaching the Underwater area, hop into the red boat and interact with the NPC Diver.
- The Diver will give you the Lost Diver quest that you need to complete.
- To complete this quest, ensure that you equip yourself with the Advanced Diving Gear, Super Flippers, and the Tidebreaker.
- With the quest now completed, use the Abyssal Tonic. If you don’t have it, you can spend 500C$ and use it to slow down the effect of pressure.
- Head on until you reach the Tidefall map.
How to Unlock the Tidefall Castle?
Upon entering Tidefall, you’ll have to unlock the Tidefall Castle, as that is where you can hunt for the Plesiosaur. However, you’ll need to complete the Oblesik Puzzle. The puzzle requires you to hunt for fish and place them at specific locations. Once you complete all 5 catches, the Tidefall Castle can now be accessed.

How to Catch the Plesiosaur?
To catch the Plesiosaur, head towards the lush green area in Tidefall. This will grant your entry into the Tidefall Castle. Simply head to the water body to catch the exotic Plesiosaur.
Requirements to Meet to Catch a Plesiosaur
The Plesiosaur can only be caught at Tidefall Castle during its dedicated hnt event. You will be notified of the event by a notification on your screen. This exotic creature will spawn only in the winter season on a foggy night.
Tips to get the Plesiosaur in Fisch
Here are a few tips to help you catch the intriguing fish.
- Ensure that you have the Sharehead bait, as it’s the easiest way to catch it.
- For better chances, try to use any of these fishing rods: Fabulous Rod, Seraphic Rod, Ruminos Rod, or the Blade of Glorp Rod.
- You can catch it only during winter foggy nights when the hunt takes place.
What’s the Value of the Plesiosaur?
Since it’s an event-only fish, the chances of easily getting it are very low. It’s so rare that you only have a 0.25% chance of catching it during the event. The value of this fish is set between 1150 and 200 Relic.
